 You can use the following way, website, phone, fax, Line or e-mail to purchase. We will confirm your orders after you remit and please fax your remittance to us. After that, we will deliver goods at the same time as you want.

About Delivery

1. If the delivery date is delayed due to natural disaster such as typhoon or earthquake, we will let you know as soon as possible.
2. If the goods are delivered but the consignee rejected, we will not refund.
3. If customers do not inform us when they want to change the address or the address is wrong to cause loss, we will not refund.
4. If the orchid pot is returned by force majeure, we will re-deliver with 25 dollars for shipping fee.

2. The delivery time is on working day. If you use home delivery, please complete the order and remit one day early.
3. If you want to order on festival such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Chinese New Year, etc. Please order three days ago.
4. The pictures of orchid on website are for reference only. The color of flower will change by seasons. To offer high-quality orchid and nice service is our responsibility.
